Foton Philippines finishes 2021 strong with a better nationwide presence

Foton Philippines is happy to announce that it has ended 2021 with strengthened fleet partnerships across multiple industries in the country. This new success can be accredited to the company getting fleet clients ranging from start-up businesses, small to medium enterprises, all the way to big multinational companies, that the brand partnered with since last year. It can also be further accredited to the wide array of commercial vehicles that Foton offers ranging from its Gratour lineup of trucks to its much larger EST and Auman offerings along with its competitive performance matched with a long-lasting durability that comes at an affordable price tag.

E-Commerce Delivery Services

Foton was able to partner with J&T Express and GoGo Xpress with each company investing in the brand’s light-duty lineup of trucks which include the Tornado Series. In this manner, the truck maker was able to give them efficiency in quickly transporting deliverables. To date, there have been more than 500 units that have been turned over to J&T Express with the brand strengthening its presence nationwide.

Trucking and Hauling industry

For this industry sector, Foton was able to continue with its partnerships with Asian Ventures General Services and the Cebu-based Arrow Go logistics company. With these tie-ups, the truck maker was able to secure more sales of its EST series trucks.

Charity and Welfare

Moving for charity and the greater good of the Filipinos, Foton was able to partner with the Philippine red cross. The humanitarian organization acquired a fleet of Tornado Food trucks from the brand which is equipped with kitchen equipment and tools that are capable of preparing meals on-site.

Public Service in Emergency Response

For this sector, Foton was able to partner with many local government units for their emergency response needs. Units of the TransVan HR Ambulance were turned over to the provincial government of Palawan that come with the necessary medical tools and equipment that are vital in life-threatening scenarios.

Public transportation

In the public transportation industry, the truck maker was able to show its support by introducing a modern lineup of Jeepneys for the local market. These vehicles covered classes 1 to 3 with each one serving a unique purpose. These take the form of  F-Jeepney F11, F-Jeepney F24, F-jeepney F29 and F-Jeepney Class 3. Foton was also able to turn over a fleet of F-Jeepneys to its local government partners in Sta Rosa Laguna, San Pedro Laguna, Gerona Tarlac, and Cebu Mandaue.

Cold-chain and Pharmaceutical Deliveries

Foton was also able to address the need for reliable vaccine transportation by introducing its lineup of Tornado Refrigerated vans. These vehicles can transport products that are highly sensitive to temperature changes. They are equipped with the best technologies including the Thermo King, a Tornado M4.2C Ref-Van can provide cold storage as low as -20 degrees Celsius.

The truck maker also saw success in the feed and livestock market where it launched its farm-penetration mobile action team which was accompanied by a fleet of Gratour MT trucks. Aside from this Foton also invested in empowering its after-sales performance and services by vending new programs which include year-round discounts for spare parts, extended engine warranties, and more extensive on-site services.
