Another win for FUSO this year, or rather three. Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP), the official distributor of FUSO trucks and buses in the Philippines, recently earned three international awards during the 2025 Daimler Truck Regional Center Southeast Asia (RC SEA) Awards held on May 20 in Anantara Kalutara Resort, Sri Lanka. The event recognized SFP’s growing role in the commercial vehicle industry across the region. The three awards were: Share of Market (SoM) Improvement, Network Excellence, and CSP (Customer Service Program) Excellence.
The SoM Improvement award was given to SFP for growing its market share in the Philippine truck and bus industry. This was made possible by offering new products and focusing on fleet sales while keeping the vehicles reliable and consistent in quality. The Network Excellence award was given to business partners who showed strong results in dealership operations. SFP was recognized for meeting FUSO’s global standards, improving its team, and focusing on customer-first efforts at all levels. The CSP Excellence award, which SFP has received for three years in a row, highlighted the company’s steady growth in customer service programs. The award recognized SFP’s after-sales work and its focus on helping customers across its dealership network.
SFP President and CEO Yosuke Nishi shared his thanks to the whole team and to their loyal customers. He said the awards reflect the hard work of their dealers and staff, as well as the continued trust given by their clients. He also added that SFP will keep working to grow its presence both in the Philippines and in the Southeast Asia region.
