Hino Philippines opens a new dealership in Tacloban, Leyte

The new dealership aims to provide area with more truck and bus options

Hino Motors Philippines (HMP), the exclusive distributor of Hino trucks and buses in the country, welcomes a new dealership into its retail network across the country. The Japanese truck brand inaugurated its newest dealership in Tacloban City, Leyte.

Customers in Leyte will now be able to avail of the Japanese truckmaker’s world-class quality transportation and delivery vehicles. The new showroom and service center building is located in Brgy. Marasbaras, Tacloban City, Leyte. The dealership will house Hino 300 series light-duty trucks, 500 series medium-duty trucks, 700 series heavy-duty trucks, buses, and modern PUV units. The building will also offer spare parts and aftersales services for the brand’s customer base.

HMP has always been committed to making transportation and delivery services accessible to everyone, and we are glad to be able to continue doing so with this new dealership here in Tacloban City. The new dealership in Tacloban City marks the fifth opening of a facility for Hino this year. HMP continues to make its presence known in the Philippine market, not only in Metro Manila but also in key provinces across the country. The Japanese truck and bus company aims to make more transport and delivery services accessible to more communities and areas in the country. 

The company also opened a new Technical Support and Service Center in September of 2019. The new building is aimed at training more technicians for the company as well as provide aftersales services to the brand’s customers. HMP aims to have more dealership openings and PUV turnovers in the future as it pursues its vision of delivering support to all parts of the Philippines.
