The new Isuzu Dumaguete site will offer better space, service, and easier access for customers in the area.

If you’ve been to the old Isuzu Dumaguete, you’ll want to check out their new site soon. Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has officially started building its new dealership in Dumaguete, together with Southern Auto Mart, its local dealer partner. The new site marks the move from the old location and begins a new chapter for Isuzu in the area.

The new dealership will follow the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), which all new Isuzu stores are now following. The structure will be more organized and more customer-friendly. IPC President Mikio Tsukui shared his excitement during the groundbreaking, saying this new site brings Isuzu even closer to customers in Dumaguete and helps make the whole experience better and more convenient.

The new facility will cover 3,144 square meters, and will include a 251-square-meter showroom that can display up to four vehicles, including light-duty trucks, which means customers will get to see more vehicles up close when they visit. The service shop will have four work bays with good ventilation. It will be able to handle both light commercial vehicles and larger commercial trucks. There will also be a customer lounge where people can wait comfortably while their vehicles are being fixed or checked.

The new dealership comes at the right time as Dumaguete continues to grow, and more people need transport and business vehicles. This project is also part of Isuzu’s bigger plan to upgrade and expand dealerships across the country. The goal is to make sure that their products and services are always within reach, wherever customers are.

Mark Espino, Vice President for Sales & Aftersales of Southern Auto Mart, thanked IPC for the support and shared that they’re looking forward to growing even more in Negros. He said the new setup will help them serve more customers and give easier access to Isuzu vehicles and services.

The new site is the second Isuzu dealership under construction this year, showing that IPC is serious about improving its network. It’s also part of their promise to stay true to the tagline, “Your Responsible Partner," by giving reliable vehicles and better service to more areas across the country. Even if you can't stop by the showroom, you can still check out Isuzu trucks for your business at TruckDeal.com.ph, all online.
