Isuzu Bulacan clinches consecutive victory at the 19th Isuzu Service Skills Olympics

Another outstanding victory is added to Isuzu Bulacan’s belt.

Isuzu Bulacan 19th ISSO Grand Champion

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) proudly announces that Isuzu Bulacan has been named Dealer Grand Champion at the 19th Isuzu Service Skills Olympics (ISSO), marking their second consecutive win in this annual competition. The event, held on May 11 at the IPC plant in Laguna, celebrated the exceptional skills and dedication of IPC's after-sales service teams nationwide.

This year’s ISSO demonstrated the company’s commitment to excellence with 29 teams competing in various servicing categories. Each team, comprised of a service advisor, parts staff, and two service technicians, showcased their outstanding skills and knowledge in a simulated service environment.

ISSO Parts Staff Category

Moving to the highlights of the event, we’ve got the individuals who made it to the podium with their skills. The individual winners of this year’s ISSO in the Parts Staff Category were Vivencio Capricho from Isuzu Cagayan De Oro, followed by Felipines Bangcaya from Isuzu Bulacan, and John Kenneth Basierto from Isuzu Makati. 

Isuzu Service Advisor

In the Service Advisor Category, the top honors went to Rey Mark Lopez from Isuzu Butuan, with Marius Adrian Pablo from Isuzu Cabanatuan and Jerry Evangelista from Isuzu Calapan securing second and third places, respectively.

ISSO Group Service Technician

In the group Service Technician Category, the champions hailed from Isuzu Bacoor, with Vicente Collantes Jr. and Jerome Garlan leading the pack. They were closely followed by Raymundo Eduque III and Santos Ponce from Isuzu Bulacan, and Junjie Doncillo and Sanny Dagami from Isuzu Cebu claimed the third spot.

Following the computation of all weighted category points, Isuzu Bulacan emerged as this year’s Dealer Grand Champion, securing a consecutive victory. This achievement underscores the dealership’s unwavering dedication to maintaining the utmost standards of service excellence, reaffirming IPC's pledge to ensure unmatched customer satisfaction and success.
