Out of 65 Isuzu distributors worldwide, only 10 countries received the Triple Star recognition this year. IPC first earned the award in 2024, and this back-to-back win shows that it continues to meet the top standards in service, parts, and customer support.
The award is based on IML’s “Isuzu Aftersales Way”, a program that guides all distributors around the world in improving their aftersales work. It’s similar to an international standard and focuses on key areas like parts supply, service quality, customer satisfaction, and technician training.
IML shared that IPC met and even went beyond the expected targets for 2025. The award highlights IPC’s ability to deliver consistent service across all areas, making sure Filipino customers get the same quality support as other Isuzu users globally.
IPC also shared that this recognition reflects the brand’s 25-year run as the top truck brand in the Philippines, which was made possible by its strong focus on aftersales. The team said this award serves as both a recognition and a reminder to keep improving how they serve customers in the years ahead.
