No more plain white? Suzuki Carry gets two new paint options

Color us jealous, Suzuki, why does Japan get all the fun colors? The Carry just dropped in Tool Orange and Ivy Green Metallic, and we can’t stop imagining them on local builds.

Suzuki Carry now comes in orange and green in Japan, but the Philippines still gets only white, for now.

Color it bold, color it bright. Color it whatever you want, as long as it’s not white. Suzuki is giving its trusty kei truck, the Carry, a bit of a style update in Japan. It now comes in two fresh colors: Tool Orange and Ivy Green Metallic. These options are also available on the Super Carry, the slightly bigger version of the mini truck.

As of now, these colorways are only offered in Japan. Here in the Philippines, the Carry is still sold in plain white. But even if we can’t get these colors locally just yet, they could give local owners and modifiers new ideas for their next truck project. Just picture an Ivy Green Carry with off-road wheels or a bright orange one built for deliveries, it would definitely stand out.

Suzuki also brought these two paint options to the Every van in Japan, so you might start seeing orange or green versions of those too, at least in photos or import shops. With so many used units being sold online, it’s easy to imagine one of these showing up on Facebook Marketplace sooner or later. On the new paint jobs, Suzuki kept the original silver parts like the grille and door handles, so the Carry still looks simple and clean. For the KC Farm version, there’s a black outline around the bed, which is more noticeable on the orange paint but still works nicely with the green.

Even if these colors seem small as an update, they help make the Carry look a little more fun without being too flashy. Suzuki Philippines already offers orange and green for other cars, like the Sizzle Orange S-Presso or the Jungle Green Jimny, but these new Carry shades look more work-ready and practical. So while the Philippines may not be getting these two color options yet, it wouldn’t be a surprise if a few units found their way here through the gray market, or if local shops start customizing trucks with similar looks. Either way, they give Kei truck fans something fun to think about.

White may be the only option here, but it’s still a classic. Take a look at Suzuki’s trucks now on TruckDeal.com.ph and find one that works for you.
