The JMC JMK6 is another light-duty truck from the brand that comes in a 6-wheeler layout that is designed for mass transportation and business operations here in the Philippines. It has a gross vehicle weight of 5,010 kgs and a payload capacity of 2,000 kgs. Aside from its cab and chassis format it can also be had with a 10.5 ft dump truck body that comes with dual hydraulic rams as its dumping mechanism. Other body options can also be equipped for the light-duty truck depending on the specifications of the customer. Inside, it features a wide windshield for a better view of the road and an instrument panel with an LCD odometer.
Powering this commercial truck is a 2.8-liter turbocharged Euro IV diesel engine that can churn out a maximum output of 84 hp and 200 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The JMC JMK6 is equipped with a seat belt pre-tensioner and a dual curvature rearview mirror.
Other features include AM/FM stereo with USB port, power windows, power steering, central locking, foldaway front passenger seat, and tilting cabin. The air conditioning system, on the other hand, is optional.
