UD Trucks

UD Trucks is a Japanese commercial vehicle brand that’s been around since 1935. UD Trucks are available in over 60 countries throughout the world and on all 7 continents and is based in the Saitama region of Japan. Currently, the company is wholly owned by the Isuzu Corporation, yet another famous brand known throughout the world for its hard-wearing vehicles. The company currently offers a full range of heavy-duty trucks, with two of its most famous name plates available in the country, which includes the Croner and the Quester.

The company started with its first-ever model, called the LD1, which also had UD’s very own ND1 truck engine in it. As to how the brand designs its products, its goals are to make it durable, contribute to a reduction in vehicle-related costs for users, produce a truck that never breaks down, and enable decent carrying capacity.
