There are up to three body styles for the truck’s cab which includes the L-CAB Day Low, L-Cam Day Normal, and the L-Cab Day High. Two variants comprise the lineup, and customers can take their pick between a rigid truck and a tractor head for trailers. Wheel configurations include 6, 8, or 10 wheelers for the rigid trucks, and either a 6 or 10-wheeler for the tractor head.

The most powerful offering in the range, it comes equipped with the brand’s 9-liter turbo diesel motor that is capable of producing up to 360 hp and 1,700 Nm of torque. Its motor comes paired to an 8-speed Range-Change, 8+1-speed Range-Change, 12-speed Range-Splitter, or 12+1-speed Range-Splitter gearbox depending on the option chosen. Scania also provides either a single-driven or tandem-driven rear axle gearset which allows for more weight to be borne by the transmission. Single-driven rear axle gears allow the truck to handle up to 78 to 80 tons of gross vehicle weight, while the tandem-driven axle gear set goes from 80 tons all the way to 210 tons.
